As punishment for defending his personal, privately owned, property (and our country)Mr. Casey Nethercott has first been jailed, and has had his ranch confiscated by the federal government under direction of the “Southern Poverty Law Center” commie Morris Dees and a Commie Judge from Texas.
"No rights for common Citizens" is becoming an unspoken mantra of our “enemies within”. I get the gut level feeling that no amount of legal action will provide resolution for this embarrassing interdiction.
Will it take physical action to regain the freedoms we have given away in the last couple of months? I find it hard to believe that we have let it happen, without so much as a whimper. It DON’T find it hard to believe that it is not widely covered by our media elite.

On the other side of our stuttering nation is New London, Connecticut. This is where the local Leninist government won’t satisfy itself with the asinine Supreme Court decision that nullifies private property rights. These thieves are now delivering bills for back rent to the victims of a communist conclave within the Supreme Court. This billing is for rent that is retroactive to the date that these, apparently arrogant, citizens tried to protect themselves from government thievery. This is nothing less than retaliatory punishment for daring to question and defy government seizure of private property.

Bombings in Baghdad
As I write this entry to R-A, there is a report that 4 car bombs went off in Baghdad and Mosul. The targets are reported to be Christian churches, and NON-MUSLIM, targets. I can't help but think that if we had levelled Fallujah, maybe we could've set an example for these turban-totin' asses.
When are we gonna get it through our national thick heads that this religion doesn't have any place for anyone other than their own primitive, ignorant, offensive, un-educated society? Anything, any place, any person that varies from what that infamous ass-paper called the quran dictates, is considered a fair target.
To say that islam is anything short of a zealots' license to terrorise is a clear sign of having no knowledge of its' pitiful content. If this way of life is SO great, why do the countries and peoples who follow this "religion" always have their hand out like the beggars that they are? A bumb with a weapon is still a bumb, but also a justifiable target. 22-JULY-04 I gotta git this offa my chest and yer evidently hear to give a look-see!! I wuz jes' cleanin' ma guns when a few thots came inta ma noggin. I'll git loose of 'em here! So, now that I have scared off any libbies, commies, and those of terroristic decent (guess from where....) let's get this rant fired up...... What was of particular interest was that this has gotten NO... read NONE... publicity from the major news outlets... save Fox News. The A.M. radio talk shows did a great job covering the story. Glenn Beck was wonderful as usual, Rush had a thing or three to say, Mike Savage told about it, yet deafening silence from the rest. I have yet to hear from any public news source any report on this from any other major media (abc, cbs, nbc, .... the usual suspects). It appears that our friends in pajamas and laundry on their heads are at it again. More than a dozen arabic men dispersed in an airplane performing suspicious activity and it's not even widely known. What is it gonna take for our justice department to wake up to the growing and inevitable probability that we are going to suffer another direct attack from the human miscreants? I suppose the when a few nukes get lit up in this country we are going to hear the great whine from the left as follows:"We caused them to do this! We should have never started going after those terrorists!" .

I know, I know.... It's been a while and "I haff sum 'splainin' to do".Let me clarify...Since June, I have been afforded the opportunity to seek better accomodations by my current employer. Needless to say, I have been putting a lot of time and effort into find new employment.
I wasn't the only one to go. The Utility I worked for gave this privilege to 749 others also. I guess we just don't understand big-business.
They, management, have done such a fine job of running the company that our stock went from $38/share last fall to Friday's close of $3.79.
Damn they're good!

While visiting a local(Omaha, Ne.) B&N book, store Monday of this last week, I observered a display table with books based on "9-11-01".
Naturally, I wandered over to take a peek at what was available as tribute to, or rememberance of, the events of that fateful day.In the midst of the various books, sat another stack of books, prominently displayed.
Yeah, you guessed it! "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Understanding Islam"
I asked the clerk if this was a mistake or intentional. The sandal-bearing young man said that it wasn't a mistake. At that point I let it be known that I found it highly offensive that such literature was displayed on the same table as the tributes to our fallen citizens. He shrugged his shoulders and wandered off unconcerned.
Being a proactive person, I took the stack of books from the table and placed them in the discount-fiction section. As I fumed over these books, an impish idea came to me and I promptly placed a copy of "Hog Wild about Pork" on top of the stack of crap that had so offended me.
Four days later, Friday that is, I returned to do a follow-up.As you can surmise, I was moderately displeased by what stood before me. It seems that "Understanding Islam: Nelson's Quick Guide to Religions" and "Silent No More: Confronting America's False Images of Islam" are considered properly displayed with books on rememberance of "09-11-01".
I called for a manager, any manager. At which time one of the more effeminate scurried to find his master. (I think "Right the fuck now, please..!!" was somewhere in my request). When she arrived I asked her to explain the combination of the display, "9-11-01" related books with islamic propaganda on the same table.
The manager, a trendy dressed 20-ish female, treated me to her attempt of dressing me down for not being understanding of "the other side of the argument". To say that she felt I should be ashamed is most definately an understatement.
Naturally, I expressed great concern about her state of mental health, and that of her planning staff. I inferred that it was apparent to me that someone had performed group hypnosis, or mass lobotomy, on this group of somewhat well-read individuals. I was asked by her to acknowledge that I was being "closed-minded" and "biggoted". I was given to undestand that "islam is a religion of peace" and that "we actually brought this terrible event on ourselves".
The phrase "peaceful religion of islam was hijacked by extremeists" was the recurring mantra during my impromptu sensitivity class. I was also told that I was reacting "in a typically ignorant American manner".
I rebuffed the attempts in kind. First off, I correlated the disputed display configuration to "having books on understanding pedophilia in the midst of child rearing literature".
As for "islam is a religion of love", the aforementioned young lady would be best suited remembering that if islamics in America, or else where, had their way,
(1) she wouldn't be allowed out of the house, let alone work
(2) she would have been, at the very least, been beaten for talking to a male stranger and
(3) she would have to wear one those fancy full body lampshades, if she were ever allowed out of the house at all
At this point she was apoplectic with anger, and I dare say "insensitive" to my feelings of offense at the disputed display. I was asked to leave the store.
Yeah, I made a bit of a fuss, and some people were more than amused that her tactics were for not. But what has the public, in general, learned from last years events?

Rabid Rant.....
So the 9th. Federal court of appeals says that God deserves no mention in our society, nor our government. Who is this pompous lunatic? Why do these judges insist that freedom of religion translates to freedom (read suppression) from religion?
Our laws are based upon 2 very articulate documents. (1) The Declaration of Independance and (2) The Constitution of the United States. That's all!!
State and local law is actually REQUIRED to take into consideration these superior documents when creating new laws and regulations on our behalf(ha-ha-ha). Instead, we get dictatorial judges who at a whim decide that their personal considerations take precedence over the Founding Father's documents and their intentions for our society.
"The Pledge of Allegiance" is ruled Un-Constitutional by some fool on the court of appeals.
Where do these goofs come from? How the hell did they get appointed?
Well, we know the answers ourselves. The Liberal representatives find our founding documents repugnant and will appoint anyone that will help them purvey this attitude. This will go so far as to brainwash our youth into thinking and feeling repulsed at the thought of a foundation that is based on a concept that a divine power endows everyone with certain inalienable RIGHTS.
Let's explore this a little further......
Starting with the "Declaration of Independance", God is mentioned throughout our founding documents!
This is the opening paragraph of the "Declaration of Independance":
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
Our founding fathers ventured their lives and liberties in pursuit of freedom and self determination! They sought Not to create an environment to repress personal beliefs and spread fear of personal responsibility in DEMANDING that your RIGHTS be upheld by the total encompassment of the Federal Government's powers.
Thomas Jefferson stated that our Rights are divine in foundation, universal, without reproach!
I can see how this causes fear in the heart of liberals. Something exists that is superior to their will!
Our rights are God given! They cannot be revoked by ANY judge, regardless of interpretation!
Remember! The "Bill of Rights" are RIGHTS not privileges! You must demand that your representatives understand this point foremost, and remind them that they are responsible for their approval of appointees!
The 1st. Amendment to The Constitution states :
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;
or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press;
or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,
and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
How can this be construed to mean that God may not be mentioned in anything related to the public, through our laws, nor in our Government? How can these judges interpretation be extracted from the article?
How can a judge read into this that the mere mention of God is unconstitutional?
Our Founding Fathers wrote this document in simple language so anyone can understand it. It says what it says! Nothing more, nothing less. How hard can it be to read this face-value? That is the intent of our founders!
I feel that the 1st. Amendment expands as follows:
The fed will not establish an official, state sponsored, religion, supported by law, nor otherwise.
Of course Ol' Rabid provides examples of this:
(1) The church of England. It is the official, government sponsored, religion of Great Britain. It started as a revolt against the catholic church.
The royal family are members and support it in many ways.
(2) Islam. Yeah, our buddies again. All Raghead-Central governments are based solely upon this religious idea. Opposition is punishable by threat of law in all muslim nations. Life and limb are their official price for heiracy.
(3) Catholicism. In Europe, especially Italy and the Vatican, the catholic belief suprcedes law. I know 'cause I lived there for a few years. A tax is collected from your wages and is given directly to the church by the government.
That, my friends, is what the founders intended to avoid!
NOT the repression of ANY belief in a divine being! Nor the mention there of!
This judge's ruling directly VIOLATES the 1st. Amendment! The primary phrase of the 1st. says as much!
This most definately prohibits the free excercise thereof! This judge seeks to repress an acknowledgement of God by a free and God endowed people in a way that they see fit. The choice to participate, or not, is also protected. THIS DOES NOT ENSURE THE RIGHT TO REPRESS THE BELIEF OF OTHERS! If you don't agree, don't participate!
Through this ruling, our collective society has been officially denied our freedom of speech by the bench.
What is next?? Supression of the press? No unsanctioned assembly? Revocation of regress of grievance?
Get Rabid and make you will be known to your politicians! This judge must be censured, if not impeached!
These individuals are most definatley out of control and has let power overcome common sense!

Here in Nebraska we have just been stuck with another tax increase by our legislative class. I say legislative class because that is how they have endowed themselves. They seem to be a privileged bunch, our state senators. Liberal/Conservative, Republican/Democrat.. it didn't matter. That whole group did not act in our best interest at all.
It appears that if more time was spent researching possible sources of income other than a tax increase that we could make more of the situation.
Some possibilities...
Gambling... We are all adults and don't need the great gods of the legislature to protect us from ourselves! How utterly arrogant! I left my mommy many moons ago and haven't had much need of one since. I know right from wrong. Don't dictate your morals to me and impose your values on my life.
How about the promotion of NEW ideas for entertainment instead of the same old DULL drivel? We are not all 12 years old, nor are we all over 70! Let’s get more ideas on things to do that people actually want to do.
Open our "Public" lands 24x7 instead of 06:00 to 22:00 and increase the probability that someone would actually use our parks and open spaces...maybe even TOURISTS!!!
Fish bite before and after opening/closing times.
Squeeze the waterhead that is public school management. Why do we need so many "Directors"? Why do we need to spend so much money on multi-lingual educational material? If you have no interest in participating in our society...I'm goin' out on a limb here kids... LEARN THE LOCAL LANGUAGE!!!!
If "sin" taxes are expanded why an increase in tobacco taxes only? How about alcohol?
There are many times over more drinkers than smokers in the state.
How about looking at a tax cut instead of an increase? Put more money into the economy rather than take it out of the pockets of the citizen/consumer.
The coming tax revolt is sure to be messy at a minimum....

Scared Liberals in Europe ...
Wow! What a day in France! It looks like Francois has finally had enough multiculturalism!
The have, at the very least, have sent a message to their governing authority. By an overwhelming margin an extreme rightwing nationalist has made it through the French primary in a big way.
The right-wing nationalist, Jean-Marie Le Pen, has won enough votes to take on Jacques Chirac to possibly become the President of France. The rag-heads are fillin' their drawers as we speak! His platform rests on a law-and-order plank, an anti-immigrant plank, an anti-liberalistic plank, and finally an anti-EU plank.
As I've said before, I DON'T LIKE THE FRENCH in general, but I have to take my hat off to Francois. Let's investigate that further.
Francois has been told over the years that he OWES so much to foreigners, America not included of course. Francois's masters(Liberal Socialist Government) have taken upon themselves to create an atmosphere that opens the doors to Francois' house and loosened the strings to his purse. All in the name of sharing Francois' hard
earned, little deserved, fortunes with poor, poor Ahmed-the-Moroccan, Akbar-the-Tunisian, and finally Mgondalabamhalaba-the-Liberian.
These human cockroaches have invaded Francois' homeland and has started to change his society, not for the better. Akbar feels alienated by Francois because Francois insists that he bath properly. Ahmed feels alienated by Francois because Francois doesn't much care for roving bands of Ahmeds' brothers that make sport of theft, rape, and molestation of Francois' sisters. Mgondalabamhalaba feels that as a grown man he has no business learning Francois' language. Francois must pay for Mgondalabamhalabas' up-keep because he won't assimilate.
Why does Francois take all this crap? Mainly because Francois has been lulled into thinking that he does not deserve the fruits of his labors. Francois' government is mainly social-communist, extreme left-wing globalists . The socio-commies have welcomed Mgondalabamhalaba and his ilk into France move the focus off the illegitimate activities of commies themselves. Cradle-to-grave seems very appealing to most people, but you have to look closer.
These vampires have taken the life out of the everyday Francois, and a great deal of his money also.
Now, here comes Jean-Marie Le Pen. He promotes putting the stiffy to Akbar, Ahmed, and Mgondalabamhalaba. If Mgondalabamhalaba robs Francois, Le Pen says get out of France. If Ahmed sets a bus full of Jewish kids on fire Le Pen says sit in jail then get out. If Akbar and Francois apply for the same job, Le Pen says Francois wins every time. Why should Francois not vote for Le Pen??
The E.U. partners are all in an uproar now. Why? Because Francois has rocked the boat too hard and they are all scared that THEY will be the next to fall out. This idea could spread like wildfire in Europe. Franz is tired of the same crap, so is Neville, so is Juan, and so is Vito, and Jens, and so on and so forth. The fear is running deep in the hearts of the liberals of Europe. Could this actually be a revolution in the making.

If for no other reason than to scare the socio-communists into regression, I hope for France that Le Pen wins the up-coming election.

It appears that we are getting in the middle of the Israelis and Palestinians.This is a most outrageous proposal.The Israelis are doing nothing more than protecting their citizens, as is required of any viable government. They appear to have things under control. They have successfully stopped the sucicide bombers for now. Our soldiers presence would be nothing but fixed targets, placed under U.N. command. Naturally, they (U.N.) are more than willing to sacrifice OUR troops for their own propagandistic usage, positive and negative. We need our soldiers elsewhere.
I'm sure that our buddy Saddam will soon get his chance to become a martyr. This will undoubtedly be without an "arab-alliance".
The current situation brings a lot to light, if we dare to study the obvious. If nothing else comes out of this, the peripheral benefits should be marked for referrence. This has brought to the forefront an unrefutable list of who is really to be trusted and who is not worthy of that trust.

The poor Palestinians...HA!!! Where is all the money that goes into that area for their general aid? The Saudis pour money into that region to only further Arafat's tantrums. If they are in such dire straights, and need support, where are their Arab brothers? Where are the rag-heads that export islamic culturalism and support teenage suicide bombers? You can't tell me that the money spent on these activities wouldn't be better spent feeding children than on munitions adn tactics. This faux support, in the name of islam, is sickening. This is all very telling, though.
The Arabs can't stand their own brethren, the Palestinians. The Arabs have talked the Palestinians into being the saps to operate a war by proxy. What a bunch of intellectually deficient clods. Jordan tried to help them once and it almost cost them their country. Jordan was glad to be rid of the Palestinians after killing thousands to quell their nonsense. Our enemy is counting on the self destructive, weak views that we are purveying to the rest of the world.
Just ask France what happens when a slough of islamic ass-holes are allowed to come in and take over parts of a country.I'm no friend of the french by any means. When you shake hands with'em you have to count your fingers afterward.... The French have allowed morrocans, libyans, and other arabs to freely immigrate and become citizens. Now they suffer the festering sores associated with the existance of localised muslamic fanaticism.
The french are no longer safe in their own land. Their government fails to protect it own by supporting political correctness for unthankful, disrespectful foreigners, at the cost of their citizens.
This could be our future also. Failing to call the criminal a criminal is the political correct way to subvert our demands for justice. We cannot continuously look the other way. These people, the islamic hourds, are not our friends.Nor do they want to be. Wake up and see what is there before your very eyes!! These people despise our very existance. Name one strongly democratic government in the Arab nations? Can't, can you? As of right now our true "friends" consist of a very short list. England and Australia. That's about it folks.... get used to it. A wise man has said " Language, culture, and borders make a nation."
No one but you can make a difference! It's time to make your circle of friends aware of the truth about who our friends really are. Let them know who wants us to cease existance. Let them know it's time to pressure our politicians more than we do. Ask them to tell 2 friends and so on......
You may not realize it, but this is a fight for our childrens lives. Don't leave them a future with this human sludge to deal with.

Did you realize that we(our elected legislative representatives) have as much as subjugated our right to sovereignty this week??? Amnesty for known felons, and encouraging further illegal entry to our land by non-allegent parties from outside our (ha, ha, ha...) borders.

Let me get this all straight, I just want be sure that I'm not the only one with these observations ...... that thought makes my head hurt.
This seems to be the process:
You feloniously enter this country.
You flee from justice, might I add with assistance. - This action creates another criminal(aiding & abetting a felon).
You obtain illegal documents which allow you to create a new identity. - This action creates another criminal(aiding & abetting a felon, falsifying documents, probably identity theft).
You illegally obtain employment. - This action also creates another criminal(also aiding & abetting a felon).
Your predecessors, also felons, have organized a local support network to ensure your rights aren't violated by those damned gringo citizens. I mean, it gets hot in the desert and you need free food & water for your illegal trip to wherever you're goin' right??
How about if we would just make all motels take you in when you come and just send the bill to the chief gringo, and your friend, Uncle Sam. - These organizations are most generally, or indirectly, state supported(our tax dollars at work);i.e. Chicano Awareness groups, Aztlan, La Raza,the Chicano Federation, Centro Cultural de la Raza, The Chicano Youth Leadership camp, and Izcalli, Escuelita de la Raza...... to name just a few.
You demand YOUR RIGHTS to access education and demand that the "system" encourage use of YOUR native language and discourage real integration and lingual equallity.God forbid you would learn to survive and integrate legally. What a hassle!!!
Your children are taught that this hosting society are suckers, and run like scared mice when confronted. Your children are taught that this society consists of opressors and land thieves. After all, they did take the land by agression...which wasn't nice and most certainly not politically correct by today's standards.
Your children are taught that, at a minium, this host society OWES them a living, and an apology on top of it all.
Your children are taught to hate the host society because where you came from is SO much better than where you are. HUH???? How does that work??
You demand YOUR rights as an illegal minority not be inhibited to access the state social services, medicaid, state employment services, drivers licensing, .... This action is surely a criminal use of hard earned, over paid, public money.
You become a member of a growing political demographic which encourages our politicians to pander for votes. This political voice of our choosing(?) finds it more politically viable to surrender to the aforementioned felons than saving our nation with hard decisions. I mean, it would be a shame if after all this pandering they would have to get a real job back home and have to look their constituents in the eye knowing what they have done. It's no wonder that our felonious guests praise "Diversity"....

Where is the outrage? Are we all so intimidated by the left that we don't demand more from our politicos? Am I the only one that called representatives and let them have a piece of my mind?
It's time to start taking back our nation and get back to basics. The Fed has fallen short of its duty to protect and defend our soveriegn borders by capitulating to a vile, unthankful, disrespectful, seditious mass of felons....... Repopulation is a proven method for conquering a sleeping populace.
Wake up or lose it... These people are not our friends. They don't care for us or our ways. They don't respect your hard work to build this nation and its riches. Don't be lulled into submission by the smiles and the faux politeness.
